HOPE specializes in Organizational Development and Effectiveness (ODE). ODE provides a comprehensive, systems-based framework for improving personal productivity and organizational performance. It increases effectiveness by aligning critical factors including: strategy, culture, talent, communication, work processes, accountability and leadership.

The HOPE team consists of positive, forward-looking individuals who are committed to the spirit of service and the power of relationships. All are experts in their fields with the combination of skills and experience required to meet your needs. In addition to their work as speakers, consultants and facilitators, the principals teach in post-graduate institutions in the United States and Canada.

Originally incorporated as Beaubien & Associates in 1973, Jim Beaubien and Karen Caesar, a husband and wife team, have owned and operated HOPE Learning Systems since 1977.

HOPE’s corporate offices are located in Edmonton, Alberta.
