Dealing With Difficult People and Difficult Situations
Inevitably all of us will have to deal with difficult people and situations at one time or another. Disagreements between family members, between friends, between co-workers, between employer and employees, between departments or organization are common. The challenge is how skillfully you can resolve the situation. Whether the outcome is positive or destructive largely depends on your ability to work through the tension and conflict. This session will give you practical and productive strategies to approach difficult situations. |
