For more than 30 years, HOPE Learning Systems has helped leaders in corporate, healthcare and nonprofit organizations Achieve Positive Results Through People and Build Organizations that Work. HOPE Learning Systems helps leaders in selected business, public and nonprofit organizations Build Organizations That Work and Achieve Positive Results Through People. HOPE is an acronym for helping organizations and people excel.

The HOPE team consists of positive, forward-looking people who are committed to the spirit of service and the power of relationships. All are experts in their fields with the combination of skills and experience required to meet your needs. In addition to their work as speakers, consultants and facilitators, the principals teach in post-graduate institutions in the United States and Canada.

HOPE utilizes a comprehensive, systems-based framework for improving personal productivity and organizational performance. The approach increases productivity by aligning critical factors including: strategy, culture, talent, communication, work processes, accountability and leadership.

Originally incorporated as Beaubien & Associates in 1973, Jim Beaubien and Karen Caesar, a husband and wife team, have owned and operated HOPE Learning Systems since 1977.

HOPE’s offices are located in Edmonton, Alberta.
